Letter to Fair Isaac Corporation

I am a Doctor of Engineering Candidate at Morgan State University where I am currently working on the development of a security metric for enterprise information systems and discovered that Fair Isaac in the last couple of decade has blazed the trail in predictive analytics and decsion metrics. As part of my work I am researching existing algorithms and formulations that have found successful use in the market place and your white-papers, "A Discussion of Data Analysis, Prediction and Decision Techniques" and "Understanding Predictive Analytics" were quite useful reads, and form part of my bibliography. There are however some gaps in the white paper that I could not find appropriate answers to elsewhere like the formulation of your INFORM algorithm and your Pair-wise co-occurence consistency algorithm.

I do appreciate the likelihood that the exact formulation may be trade secret, however, I do believe that there would be some process to allow for research related information and will appreciate your assistance with that.
